Hi there! I’m Adrienne O’Brien, the licensed massage therapist behind O’Brien Therapeutic Massage. I specialize in therapeutic massage for injury rehabilitation, with a focus on clients recovering from whiplash and auto-related injuries. After an accident, it’s not just muscles and ligaments that are affected—the nervous system is often left in shock. My approach supports both nervous system regulation and soft-tissue healing, even after low-speed collisions, using techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy. (I accept PIP insurance.) Injured or not, whether your goal is climbing mountains or working comfortably in your garden, I help optimize your body so you can move with greater ease and confidence. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I integrate movement and mindfulness to support the mind–body connection. Massage therapy is both a powerful self-care tool and a way to build deeper awareness of your body—helping you find lasting relief and continue moving toward your goals. Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice for any and all cancelations. If the appointment time cannot be filled, you will be responsible for 100% of the service cost. If the spot can be filled, the fee will be waived, so please reach out ASAP as I often have a waitlist!
